Happy Birthday to ME!!!

Yeah...... it is my birthday!!!! I am turning another year older and had a BIG birthday bash with my good great friends!!! I was surprised Saturday morning with breakfast in bed cooked by my hubby... how great!! Then my friend Tricia showed up and dragged me out of the house for a facial and a massage. Ooohhhh..... how nice!! I had a pumpkin peel from the lovely Chayse on my face and my skin is oh so soft!!! Then I had an hour massage from Mikey. I was like goo when I left that place...... then the stress hit. Went to town for a simple pair of black boots, round wide toe, low heel, really wanted ropers, but couldn't find any.... no store had what I wanted. Looked hour after hour, store after store, no luck. Finally however we found the perfect pair of turquoise slip on shoes that matched all my borrowed jewelry (thanks gals) Got home and hurried to get ready. My birthday plan was a surprise to me. I couldn't decide what to do, so my friends planned it for me. Everyone brought food and we pigged out and then got to know all the plans. WE ARE GOING ON A SCAVENGER HUNT!!! I had never been on one and if you haven't either....... make plans and do it. It was a BLAST!!! We all drew numbers out of hats. We had 4 teams of 4, each with a designated driver.... which my team had the best!!!! We flew all over the place!!! Everything on the hunt is worth points... some things you have to get photos of, some things you have to actually grab.......but you CAN NOT purchase anything. Things we had to find were.... ruby slippers, ping pong paddle, frog, magic 8 ball, toe socks, $2 bill, shot glass, application to strip club, motel do not disturb sign, .... etc. The harder ones to find were worth more points. We also had to have photos too. Some of the pics were.... whole team on a slide.... get 3 strangers to do the Charlies Angels pose (thanks Red Robin girls), pic on escelator, pic making your own esspresso, dancing on bar... etc. It was soooo stinkin fun. One of my faves was pic with police officer, but you got extra points if you were cuffed in the back of a police car. Those cuffs are HEAVY!!!! (haha) My other fave was get a pic with a famous person.... so we found the best!!! The second most recognized person in the WORLD....... SANTA!!!! It was fun collecting all our things and finding things we needed. We were driving all over Med Lake, then Airway, then Spokane, some even went to Cheney. It was such a good time. We all had to meet at Good Times by 8pm, or we got deductions for being late 10 points per minute per team member. OUCH!! Everyone made it, even a last minute sneak in through the back door. (haha) Then we all danced the night away. I just can't think of a better time I've had!! Every team said they had a blast and every team had different things.... except the strip club application. We all went to the same one. (hahaha) People were very inventive and thought of cool ways to get things done. It was awesome!! Plus at Good Times my friend ROSE was there and she helped me through the night!!!! Bars are not my scene and I about jumped out of my skin more than once, but Rose calmed me right down. (hahahahaha) Thank you to the YAYA's for all the planning and FUN!!! It was such a fun birthday!!! I'm so glad so many friends came it was so fun with you all!!!!!! We should make it a tradition each year!!!!!! YEAH!!!
